Call AFEA's "Team for Hire"
to ensure quality and reliable
aerospace and mechanical engineering
services support. We are seasoned
engineers and managers for hire and
we deploy quickly -
"Anytime and Anywhere".
AFEA began as an engineering
consultancy at Purdue University. It was developed, based
upon a business model that its Chief
Engineer learned in the military,
in the New Mexico national laboratories,
and during a return to graduate
school.
We've built a business on being there to help ensure
reliable designs and
to find
the flaws when machines fail. We help our
customers
make things
go right using sophisticated computer modeling and test.
During crisis, when products fail, staff is short,
or
systems
and processes
do not
perform, productivity can suffer, impatience rises, and
reputations
can take a
hit. AFEA serves
customer crisis management by deploying quickly, solving
machine and component design
problems, and certifying
the requisite design or safety margins.
Are You Ready For Things to Go Right?
We help with concise deployments of services. Call AFEA to help
investigate,
remediate,
and substantiate mechanical design and component modifications!
This company got its start supporting the development of new
and reliable heat exchangers for the Carrier Corporation, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
From there, engineering opportunities
developed in the Gas Turbine industry and carried over into Aerospace, and then
specifically
to support Launched Vehicle programs. Along the way, we have solved lots
of problems for
our customers by deploying, organizing a plan, engineering, reverse engineering,
analyzing, testing, fabricating, and testing.
We currently operate with a Chief Engineer, and several Senior Engineers as
the core of a
deployable team. Most of our other specialists and Subject Matter Experts
reside all over
the country, available for rapid response via the team collaboration
technologies that we use.
This strategy allow us to gain from diverse experience, from diverse talent
without geographic limitations. As needed, these remote Associates can also deploy, depending
upon the project or customer needs. The strategy is efficient and helps
AFEA keep overhead lower.
At the same time, we are leveraging new business credentials and seeking
competitive 8(a) and VOSB government contracts, and open-competition
subcontracts. This will pragmatically allow us to transition some of our
Associates into co-located Staff Members.
Finally, our teaming and joint venture agreements also give us access to much
extended resources and technical capacities.
